The fees listed below are for services provided by a GP that are not covered by the NHS. Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales.
We DO NOT provide the following services:
- – Signing applications for passports or for photo card licence applications
- – Fit to fly letters (if you are under a hospital consultant we suggest you contact them directly as the may be able to assist)
- – Proof of identity or address
- – Firearms licences
All Fees are payable in advance by the patient
PRIVATE WORK IS PROVIDED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE GP – PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS FOR ANY REQUESTS AS OUR PRIORITY IS NHS WORK.
REQUESTS CAN BE MADE AT RECEPTION, VIA TELEPHONE OR OUR ONLINE CONSULTATION FORM.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN WHERE YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT THE REQUEST AND THE WORK HAS ALREADY BEEN COMPLETED AS THE GP WILL ALREADY HAVE SPENT THE NON NHS TIME ON THE WORK.

| Holiday cancellation insurance does not require a doctor’s letter. It needs an official claim form obtained from your insurer, part of which you need to complete. If the doctor is required to sign the form it will be checked and completed as appropriate and there is a fee for this. |
