Patient Access
We are pleased to advise the following online services are now available:
- Repeat Prescription Requests
- Online Appointment Booking to see a Doctor*
- Viewing of your Medications/Allergies summary
* Online appointments are NOT available for medicals, coil fittings, smears and other appointments that require extended slot times.
Nurse appointments need to be made by telephone.
Please also note that we do not show all appointments online as we reserve some for emergency same day needs and for patients who wish to access our services by telephone.
What do you need to do to have this access?
Your patient data is sensitive and confidential. We, therefore, hope you will understand that we must ensure that we are providing access to the correct person.
Please come in to the practice with your photo identification as you may need to confirm your identity if you are not known to the staff member on duty.
The receptionist will then complete a few steps which may take 5-10 minutes and then they will provide you with a letter containing registration details.
Once you have this letter please come back to this website and select the Patient Access to Online Services section to log on via Patient Access.
